UofA Botanical Gardens (Event facilities shoot)

UM, YES PLEASE!

When Clark Builders contacted us in early spring of 2022 to photograph the new Diwan Pavilion we were quite excited. Additionally, we wouldn't have dreamt that the marketing team at the UofA Botanical Gardens would have seen our images and, in turn, reach out to hire us to photograph their event spaces! Would we like to photograph staged set ups of all the different event spaces on a beautiful Fall evening? UM, YES PLEASE!

Land of relaxation, rejuvenation and enjoyment

The UofA Botanical Gardens is home to a land of relaxation, rejuvenation and enjoyment and is only 15 minutes SW of Edmonton. You can explore cultural gardens, northern climate-hardy plant collections and extensive natural areas, all on 240 acres (80 walkable acres.)

The Botanical Gardens is also huge attraction to thousands of brides every year! Prior to becoming a full time corporate photographer we used to photograph weddings. Of all the venues Edmonton had to offer the UofA Botanical Gardens was by far one of the most popular locations. It helped that we were quite versed with the layout in order to shoot all the spaces within a small window of time. We had fun with this one and want to thank all involved! We are looking forward to visiting the UofA Botanical Gardens again this year upon opening for their 2023 season. Don't forget to book ahead if you want to come down! It can get quite busy...but there is always room in the 240 acres the UofA Gardens possess.
